All of the shifts aside from one, who was just promoted, are wonderful and assuring.

I quit because I hated working for starbucks, especially in regards to how I was treated by my manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The manager at my store specifically is patronizing and condescending. She lead me to quitting because of how awfully rude she is. I only received good feedback in regards to how my training was going after I told her I quit.
