My co workers make me the most happy at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team actually listens to their Baristas, the ones doing all the work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
90% of my co workers are Gay/Lesbian or at least the other 10% is completely LGBTQ friendly so I never feel judged. It’s nice having a place you feel you belong.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is worth it for the benefits you get on health, dental & vision insurance & also the College Reimbursement program they offer. The only reason I’m putting up with the minimum wage hourly is to go to college & have insurance as a 22 year old.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is VERY fast paced so people who can’t keep up with the job after about 3 months will quit & those who can keep up will stay. This leaves for a good work environment because we all are qualified at that point & work well as a team.
