What are some of the best things about your team?

We love what we do and we love each other.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They listen. After the issue with two Black men being unjustly removed by police sent by the Starbucks manager, the leadership team took it very seriously. I'm proud to work with them based on their response.

7 years and the company has had many ups and downs. High expectations for low hourly wages. Easy to promote within if you are motivated to do so. Semi-hard labor (physically and mentally taxing at times; always standing/moving/talking; messy). Transfers available all over the U.S.

Absolutely horrible . I'll never work for Starbucks, or buy any of their products again. I was harassed, bullied, and talked down to by management and only ever made enough money to barely pay the bills. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
