Everyone is mostly friendly and optimistic, not much needs to change in my store
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The pay isn’t a livable wage. There isn’t a lot of opportunities for those working hard with limited availabilities and raises are based on seniority and not at all on performance
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I’m bored at my job and have no opportunity to grow with the company because my availability is closed on weekends. I enjoy working with the people and interacting with customers but it’s definately monotonous at times
