We have friendly competitions and everyone is happy to be at work, which provides a positive environment.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They're organized and they'd never ask you to do something they wouldn't do themselves. It makes you respect them.

7 years and the company has had many ups and downs. High expectations for low hourly wages. Easy to promote within if you are motivated to do so. Semi-hard labor (physically and mentally taxing at times; always standing/moving/talking; messy). Transfers available all over the U.S.

Absolutely horrible . I'll never work for Starbucks, or buy any of their products again. I was harassed, bullied, and talked down to by management and only ever made enough money to barely pay the bills. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
