
Starbucks promotes a culture that doesn’t seem to encroach on an employee’s personal life. Employee expressions of individualism are very welcomely accepted.
Kevin Johnson seems more set on passing trends than promoting a lasting culture. He clearly loves the company, but his sights come off as mildly short.

It is a toss-up between the affordable healthcare and the fairly frequent stock grants. Starbucks is very mindful of the employees that are in it for the long haul.
