Better preparing all staff and partners for all these happy hours and promotional events. The focus has drifted too much towards customers that we’re forgetting about our partners. We
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like I have to do significantly more than morning crew and even have to help my SM with a lot of his tasks. It could be improved by paying SSV’s more. We do a lot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise and better coverage would make things so much better. Plus SSV pay is inadequate for what we have to deal with. I work more than our SM and do just as much as he does yet I make significantly less.

The staff. Customers are for the most part negative but the staff is what keeps our heads High. We are constantly berraded and put down by customers and work grueling promotions and happy hours. Without the good team we have, I’m sure
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need better coverage, better pay, and better support. Starbucks is straying too far from coffee and trying to become like sonic with the focus being mainly on frapps and cold drinks. It’s just disheartening to work at a coffee shop where you use your blenders more than the coffee ur
