I think the best part is that I get a 401k.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like coming in and interacting with my customers and co-workers. It is nice being able to recognize the "regulars" and remembering their orders automatically.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how the customer is our top priority, so we are able to customize their drinks. Additionally, I like how Starbucks takes its health regulations seriously. It is a company that I can believe in while I work there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how everybody there is basically like a family and the leadership team are all people I can look up to. They are very understanding that I am also a student and work with me to create a more flexible schedule.
