Positive is that you learn a lot about coffee and all the different variations and how to make drinks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
difference between a person who has been there a few years and one that has just come into the company is very small.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop playing favorites and be more objective and fair in assigning tasks. Everyone should share in the work environment. Topics unrelated to work should not be discussed. Promotion should come to who deserves it and not on favoritism. Fair pay for based and seniority and work ethic/contribution.
