Temp workers are paid almost $2 less than permanent employees. Also get no benefits from the company - only from temp agency, which are worthless.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Treat temp workers better and have less temp workers, more permanent workers overall. Instruct trainers to stop going on power trips and policing/nit-picking the work of employees that they aren't even training. Stop being so strict about conversations/subject matter in a warehouse environment.
