I loved that we could all talk and get along, they were the only reason I stayed

Starbucks tends to care to much about customers which isnt bad but they couldnt care less about their employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Happy hours that lasted from 3pm to close were not hours and far from happy. How am I supposed to connect with customers plus get drinks out in under 30 seconds.
