Most people at least somewhat buy in to the company values. At some level people care about using our company to help others, whether genuine or not, it can be very inspiring for those of us who truly champion our willingness to change corporate responsibility.
There is a clear divide between long-standing, jaded, political players simply moving around within the company to save face, and newer, more innovative partners attempting to pull the company into the 21st century. We must strike a balance and get past the slow moving politics that kills culture.
