This job is stressful, very fast paced, and the customers are often very rude and abrasive. I love my coworkers and some customers, but most of the time, I feel that I don't get paid enough for the labor and the stress we go through on a daily basis,

I'm not paid enough and our customers are entitled because of the "make the moment right" culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of things we put up with, we deserve to be paid more. The benefits are nice, but not everyone can take advantage of them, and I'd rather be compensated more than get free things I don't use.
