We are all friends, and have become a family.

My store dynamic, specifically, is very familiar and welcoming.

Supporting the little guy, and somehow incentivizing longevity and tenure.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stores are falling apart: partners are quitting left and right, training for new partners is sub-par and rushed, and support from upper management and the company seems incredibly lacking.
