the people i work with and some customers. with a bad staff, it's a hard day.

we have to smile and we're told to get to know all the customers and make the have better days. hard to not be positive when you're trying to do that

we have some really good people. genuine, caring people who want to make real connections. from there, leadership simply comes. when the people in charge care about you as a person you want to work harder for them
