The company is very successful. It's just me that thinks its boring. It is very repetitive and some of the customers are very disrespectful and they make me redo the cofee even though they were the ones who messed up the order.

Getting payed with the paychecks and interacting with the people

Everyone is nice to each other. Even if the job is boring

Make better decisions and don't jump into doing something right away. Actually think before you act.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's the only thing thats good in this. It brings joy to my tears and tears of joy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are nice and always finish their work in time and do this and that and put boxes there and put boxes here. But most of all i love the gril in the back
