Is very well structured and there is a chain of command. Is well organized and prople are friendly and approachable

The best thing is that everyone values team work and differences are put aside when it comes to making definitive decisions
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think that I get incentives and also I get good dental and vision plan besides health insurance. I also got a 401k plan which is pretty neat.
