Overall the company is great. However, flaws such as not earning a barely, if not at all livable wage and expectations that contradict with certain standards can diminish its shine from time to time.

The store-level employees tend to reenforce positivity the most. Certain leaders are good at this as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package would have to be the healthcare followed by the opportunity to complete a bachelors college degree for free.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy when expectations are feasible with the time and equipment we are given. It makes the job more productive thus everyone's mood improves.
