It's been a great learning experience and very fun to work at but the uncertainty of not knowing if you could be fired that day has definitely made it a very toxic place to go to work.

Store manager needs to learn the difference between being friendly and a leader and being a friend

We feel undervalued because the store manager can't stop threating to get us all fired for minimal mistakes
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers get along fantastically but the store manager takes everything too personal and doesn't understand how to be a leader
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need a store manager that understands her responsibilities and obligations and limitations as a leader, someone that doesn't cross the line between a leader and a friend. There's nothing wrong with being friendly and caring about your employees but there's a limit. Support your team.
