Interacting with the team and certain regular customer interactions.

They accept all kinds of people and have an emphasis on respect.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team works together despite the failures of the manager. Often the team corrects the manager's mistakes. The team will always support each other as needs arise.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know the cuts the company is taking and how much effort I am putting into the work. They do not allow raises for most employees which leads to certain employees doing the majority of the work and not being compensated appropriately for the work.
