Pretty much just the people around you you have to keep a happy face all the time

Working with them as a lot of fun it's a lot of unique and funny people and we have a good time together
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to continue doing what they're doing they work really hard besides that the only thing they could do differently is communicate better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think it's really hard to survive on any type of pay these days but if they're going to give places like McDonald's $15 they should definitely of our pay to
