The most positive thing about the culture and environment would be the acceptance of creative souls, individuals with a non-standard appearance (i.e. colored hair, piercings, tattoos)
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to connect with customers and overall provide them with knowledge about the products they are consuming and helping them find a favorite beverage or food item
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's wonderful knowing I could attend college and be compensated for it as a part time or full time employee if I so choose. Plus other benefits are excellent as well
