It's not bad for a starter position, but I honestly hate this job. Which is a shame, because it has a lot of potential. I despise going to work because of extreme and constant understaffing. Otherwise, this would be a wonderful job

Stores are understaffed, when they don't need to be. This needs to stop.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I dont feel as if there is a strong company culture at all.

Free coffee to take home every week. Generous employee discount. Stock and retirement matching are generous for part-time work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Corporate is constantly cutting labor in stores, which hurts both partner wellbeing and customer service and satisfaction. In addition to these labor cuts, new, extremely time consuming drinks are frequently added to the menu, exacerbating staffing issues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the people I work with are extremely friendly and genuinely wonderful people. The training at this company is abysmal which makes working with newer employees difficult at best, but I don't blame the employees for that
