The big issue is local leadership- starbucks needs to take a closer look at what SM's and DM's are really doing at stores.
Starbucks is a company that really depends on it's leadership. If your management isn't doing a good job, it's very stressful for partners on the floor.
Being over-scheduled, and not having a set schedule for weeks out. It could be fixed with more employees and the manager prioritizing keeping her store running.
