Treats employees poorly. Though I've heard things are different at other stores. Disingenuous in terms of caring about employees and community.

Most of them are nice. Some work hard.

Talked a lot, but 1.5 hrs is a long interview for a barista.

Customers actually being nice to me and being able to help out my co-workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are good if you can afford the co-pays on the salary you make.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Consistency across stores. Treating employees better. Thanks for health insurance, but meeting the lowest bar for human decency isn't really the best.
