Would not recommend working at what Starbucks has become in the last couple of years. Disgenuine, constant HR investigations you have to follow up on, and just not caring about people anymore

Human Resources has taken over the company and does little to no work except create additional work for others
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything has turned into implementation vs true leadership and the constant pointless Human Resources investigations that seem to be happen all to most everyone just slows everything down.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership at Starbucks is no longer genuine it now just does whatever it thinks will help sales and does not try to help the hourly people. Go back to putting people first
