Starbucks makes so much money. They can definitely afford to pay us more. Especially for the amount of work we do.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I’ve been here for almost 10 years so I really don’t remember the interview much. I do remember the store manager was sick so the asm did the interview and didn’t know what she was doing. It was actually a lot of fun.
