Mostly, I have loved working at Starbucks. There have been months that were bad, where I had a bad manager and she did not take care of her employees and their schedules well. I don't love all the red tape we need to get through most days when trying to fix something or change it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team- we work together really well and get the job done as fast as humanly possible almost always!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to give my customers the best experience by wowing them with something new or just a good experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we are all there to be your friend, your neighbor, and your confidant. It is a very fun and loving place to be.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My manager was very friendly and easy to interview with. I enjoyed hearing about all of the benefits I would receive if I took the job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love having maternity benefits (2/3 pay), stocks, free food, free, drinks, and free coffee beans! I love using the website for perks to get better deals on travel and I think it is great that we get 30% off at any Starbucks! Makes my life just a bit brighter to be able to go anywhere with that :-)
