What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Giving propitiate raises to tenure employees based on their time with the company instead of paying every single employee the same starting base pay regardless of experience.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees are not paid appropriately. Raises are not granted based on tenure or experience. Our workload, standards and expectations are constantly increasing but no added incentive for employees in terms of wage increases or bonuses. Customers are aloud and encouraged to mistreat employees.
