
Base salary and that bonus is almost always a YES or NO component so you almost always get the 100%. In previous companies it was VERY variable and I had bonuses as low as 15% or as high as 200% depending on both company's performance and personal performance
Move people faster. People at Starbucks love the culture so much that it is common to hear partners (employees) that have been in the company for 12, 15, 20+ years and are just at a senior manager level or so. But happy. To me, is hard to believe I would be in one same level for more than 2-3 years
