the company is generally good, great benefits and my coworkers/manager are all amazing. but the customers make the job completely unbearable because as baristas were essentially required to be verbally abused. i have never been talked down to by customers like i have at starbucks.

my coworkers. they are my support system

it felt more like a conversation than an interview

they are all funny and enjoyable to be around. we are a team and we’re all friend
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are incredibly kind and understanding. there’s a kind of connection that you can only get from having the same abusers, that abuser being the customer
