I wish they would just own that Starbucks is now fast food instead of treating it like a coffee shop. Give us the labor and build the stores in a way that they can be cleaned easily.

IF we could go back and be a coffee shop that would be great.

Unrealistic. Spent more time worried about hurting someone's feelings than just treating this like a job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a flexible schedule but they pay is not appropriate for the amount of work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most managers have given up. It is to hard to be everything and work the floor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At my store the work environment is great. You create the space you choose to work in. When I step into other stores it feels tense.
