Today was my third day working at Starbucks, the store manager is kind of rude to employees and sometimes even customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get a free drink and pastry.

They have been nice to me so far
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The store manager could be more friendly and not read questions right off a computer screen.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need better trainers. They just throw you in a spot and expect you to learn on your own
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think the manager could communicate better with staff. The training is a mess. If you want your customers to be happy, your employees need to be happy.
