Usually I love working at starbucks but my store manager is very condesending to the shifts and refuses to take responsiblity for her mistakes.

The best part is genuinely feeling like my co workers are my friends
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part everyone is a joy to work with and are hard workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My baristas and other shift managers are great. They are very friendly and welcoming. My store manager however is very negative, closed off, and condesending.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My manager needs to be better about fixing the schedule and being respectful towards the shifts and the baristas and actually communicating major changes that occur within the store instead of blindsiding baristas at the last minute.
