Better employment opportunities within the company. State Farm likes to fire people every year from December thru March to avoid having to pay out bonuses. A lot of coworkers were fired because of this reason. this is why they have a huge mass hire every year. It truly is sad for employees there

My Co workers, they are like family.

State farm does not pay their employees enough for the jobs they do and the skill set. The pay at state farm is quite disturbing. The SF environment is very micro-managed. there is no room for growth and it is very hard to move up despite ones skills. And if you are lucky enough to move up, no pay!
