Our managers trust us to get the work done. We don't have to sit for a set time (i.e. 9am-5pm), as long as the work gets done. If we have an appointment during the day, that's perfectly fine as long as the work gets done. I love the flexibility and trust and being treated as a professional!
Efficient team members! Most meetings are designed to fit into 25-30 minutes only. Team is always helpful with quick Q&A. Despite being 100% virtual, we know and work with each other as if we were in a cube-farm.
Everyone very encouraging, our general manager is very transparent and keeps us informed at monthly meetings. I have bi-weekly interactions with my manager and 'buddy' in helping me acclimate to the role.
