What does the leadership team need to get better at?
EVERYTHING, their HR teams do not even know the correct state laws for the states they have businesses in. Payroll is constantly wrong and the Labor Board is overflowing with complaints against them.

when they create new products, they need to have end users on the project and listen to their input from day one.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
everything. I have no complaints about the compensation package.

Being paid correctly and having management CARE. Actually, managemant is so bad they do not even respond to emails

loyal employees do not get compensated for sticking with the company thru hard times. New employees that use Stewart as a spring board to the next gig get rewarded thru salaries and benefits and the ones that have stayed loyal are neglected.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager has done an outstanding job of assembling a group who all work very well together. we are a strong team who are all more than willing to pitch and stay until the job gets done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is negative. I want to contact higher ups for help with the pion managers that are there to just collect their 6 figure incomes.
