What is the best part about your compensation package?
competitive base salary relative to other offers

good salary and RSU package... inflation has taken out a big chunk of what was previously a pretty competitive salary, but otherwise comp package seems fair

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the flexibility to work from home. It greatly improves my mental health and allows me to spend more time with my family and friends and doing hobbies that allow me to focus more at work when it is time to work. I am no longer forced to waste 10+ hours a week on a bus or train

What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to work remotely allows me to have a very strong mental health without having to worry about getting sick by being around so many people on public transportation. it also allows me to use extra time the way i want to and not have to waste 10+ hours a week commuting

Good pace of work without crazy quick deadlines, learning new things that are obviously widely applicable to my field of work. Not to say there aren't crazy deadlines for different projects, but when there aren't, I'm happy
