What do you like best about the leadership team?
The culture driven from STC leadership is a toxic one. They would rather us bully a customer into buying anything than take no for an answer.

Management does not care about their employees. sales are 1000% put over human decency. There needs to be a huge improvement in leadership

How easy it was. I had a different salon directer at the time so can not comment on current process

I work with people I've become fairly close with and I enjoy trying to make extra money from sales and I love tanning so it's an easy subject
