i like all the expiriences and opportunities i get! i also love that there is so much room for me to grow in the company and as a manager. i feel very supoorted in my leadership position by my team and my dm

i like how close and personal the GM's get to be with their teams ! its such a different work environment than any other ! i wish the DM's were more supportive and made it feel more as though the GM is doing a good job. there is a lack of positive praise to GM's. otherwise, swig is the place to be !

i really enjoy that they actually seem to care about my life in and outside of work, they remember the things i tell them and they make an effort to connect!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a lot of work to be donez Things that are required outside of clocked in hours. Swig sometimes consumes my life and doesnt allow time to do much else than be a human being and work. The pay doesnt seem worth it in the long run. If i didnt LOVE it, i would have left beforehand.

Swig takes 100% of my time. I am often behind on work, and am still learning. I spend a lot if time at home doing work and the work load keeps getting heavier. I would feel much better about it if I could get paid enough to qualify for a cheap appartment in this economy.

They are SO fun !!! Theyre so inclusive and make sure everyone is a part of the conversation ! Never a dull moment with them ! Such hard workers and so willing to do and learn anything ! We have been out through the wringer and they comtinued to show up and do their part ! love them so much !

That there are standards you must have when coming into work and it very simple of just having a good attitude. I feel like having a good GM is where it starts to set an example of where it should be and its being shown.

Being with the team and things running smoothly ! Like I said, my team is INCREDIBLE ! I love coming into a clean store thats running smoothly and it all comes from the team ! theyre so great ! they make me happy and its cool to see them grow and be proud of themselves !
