It has been amazing. I've been given opportunities at Syndigo that I never would have gotten anywhere else. Performance is rewarded and the leaders empower me to be my best every day.

The people - we have amazing humans that all work together for one common goal.

The leadership cares about my career, but more importantly, they care about me as a person.

The best part of the compensation package is performance bases comp in the form of Employee Appreciation Units

Recognition from other leaders and team mates. We are one team who celebrates the wins of others

Work from home - this has been a game changer for me. Also, the tuition reimbursement is pretty awesome.

They get it - what we do isn't easy (bringing together 14 different companies). Their compassion for each individual is shown daily.

They care about the employees... on a personal and professional level. The invest in me as a person and encourage me to grow in all areas.

The HR team really cares about the employees at Syndigo. They are constantly checking in on us and supporting us through various programs. Best HR team ever!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have fun and recognize the hard work that each person gives. Merging with the India team has been pretty amazing because they have brought so many new ideas for culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is one big family. We don't always see eye to eye on everything, but we always have each others back. I don't look for clones of myself, I look for people who will be honest with me, even when it may not be easy. I have that here.
