I really like working at TD. I have concerns about my ability to stay long term both because of compensation and benefits (the lack of 401k matching combined with a lower salary is a killer) and questions about career advancement and development. But for the time being I am happy to be here.

Everyone wants to do the right thing; smart; funny; collaborative; no egos.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people--smart and engaged. Good senses of humor, easy to get along with and collaborate with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the leadership team is invested in the employees as people and their hearts are in the right place.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I need to be paid commensurate and equally to not only my peers at the company, but to the market. TA is overvalued and HR is undervalued.
