Overall it's been good. However, there were a couple of situations from Talkdesk to other colleagues that made me feel that Talkdesk is not a people-oriented company and doesn't truly care about the employees.
we're always available to help each other.
sense of innovation and company growth
sense of innovation; relaxed environment; flexibility...
Resilience, teamwork, sense of humor
The people I work with.
More than what I do or the company culture is with who I work with/my stakeholders.
Transparency; care about people for real - do not just show-off; take care of each department in the same way;...
innovation spirit; flexibility; informality ( I want to mean, even we have different roles with different levels of seniority, I feel I can speak with everyone naturally and with the same respect)
Workload vs time + benchmarking shows that the same job is better paid in other companies. Sometimes looks like we need to be doing a lot of side projects at the same time/work outside of working hours to be recognized even we are doing pretty well in the job we were hired for.
A lot of work to do in a short period of time; working out of business hours; etc. compared with the market we know that the load of work we have vs our compensation is not fair. At least we need benefits to take care of our mental health. Some fairness on this and more empathy would be good.
