Getting recognized for my hard work and being able to participate in projects that allow me to learn and grow!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like I'm not compensated fairly and I feel like Talkdesk is not developed enough quite yet so my growth opportunities are uncertain.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I appreciate their passion for Talkdesk and the Tech industry! They are enthusiastic about the growth and development of Talkdesk and their employees and that shows!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers need to be held accountable for low performance and need to be held to a higher standard. There's a culture of letting people set their own terms for employment which causes lackluster results and low morale.
