What makes you most happy at work?

Probably only my coworkers. They make the day-to-day bearable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Respecting employees a bit better. It's hard to feel valued as an individual outside of my manager.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Leadership is very good at only picking out the things they are doing well, and so it reinforces a positive attitude sometimes.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My coworkers are the only reason I've survived at Talkdesk this long. They are kind, considerate, and always willing to go the extra mile.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My role is constantly overworked. A lot of issues in other departments somehow always become our issue to resolve. We are expected to give 110%, 150% of the time and it sets unrealistic expectations and makes us look and feel like machines. 21/hr for a role so disrespected is laughable.
