Since day one, I feel I have opportunities to grow in my career and feel the mentorship I need. I feel a safe work environment where I can be myself and openly communicate with my manager and colleagues. The only thing bad to point out is really the compensation values. It is really below the market

Innovation mentality. Doesn't resist to change. Promotes inclusion and a safe workplace
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The only thing I see as negative at Talkdesk is the compensation which is not aligned with the market. It was never aligned with the market since I joined more than 2 years go and currently the gap is even bigger. This applies not only to Engineering but to other departments as Talent.
