Talkdesk has a positive attitude and does good at being transparent.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My team does a really great job at being transparent and being willing to help.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If the job just included onboarding and scheduling the $21/hr would be average, however, everyone on this team does extensive projects including legal, policy implementation, company wide trainings and company wide organizational projects and we aren't salary workers. We deserve more than $21.
