I appreciate how welcoming Talkdesk is to new hires, however once you have been here long enough, the environment becomes a popularity contest. Talkdesk is a great listener to their employees, however I dont think they listen and implement feedback.

My team does a really great job at being transparent and being willing to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the job just included onboarding and scheduling the $21/hr would be average, however, everyone on this team does extensive projects including legal, policy implementation, company wide trainings and company wide organizational projects and we aren't salary workers. We deserve more than $21.
