The culture here is great, the product is outstanding. Once we are more efficient internally this place will be unbeatable - the challenge daily is that our internal processes are almost debilitating (from a sales perspective).

Our team in Canada is outstanding. We are collaborative, effective, encouraging, and fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are driven to get things done and communicate the overall goals of the organization clearly... but care most about people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have recently found out that I am underpaid (significantly) compared to my counterparts (men). I understand this is being resolved but it hasn't come to fruition yet. When I make the same as my counterparts, I will feel better.
