My co workers! They're the best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say my compensation base and the health benefits are by far the best I've had at any company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredibly collaborative, knowledgeable and fun. We are always learning from each other and stay in constant communication!
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were very transparent with me when I was hired, as a recruiter I try to do the same with my candidate. I also liked that it was a quick, yet challenging process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the transparency that we receive from the leadership team as well as the access we have to them via company wide meetings. They are in constant communication with our directors and VP's.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of my favorites is that they actually LISTEN to the employees and make the necessary changes to keep everyone happy and allow us to recruit against competitors in this crazy market. I also love the constant promotions/internal movement.
