I've had a wonderful experience working at TD so far. The pace is fast, there are growing pains which are to be expected but we learn from them. I'm surrounded by people who are reasonable and treat everyone fairly.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being seen and heard, the ability to impact change and feel valued.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is a huge contentious point. I took a pay cut to come to TD and would like to see that righted soon.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are all very engaged and are focused on the big picture, we are all independent adults who are professional and don't have time for the nonsense.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The fact its 50% women and one is our CFO! I would like to see more women in the leadership team and not just in your typical HR or marketing capacity.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The fact we are remote-first is very rare but something I love. We were remote-first even before the pandemic. Our people team has really leaned into this and has worked and continues to work very hard in making everyone connected in this environment.
