The fact its 50% women and one is our CFO! I would like to see more women in the leadership team and not just in your typical HR or marketing capacity.
The fact we are remote-first is very rare but something I love. We were remote-first even before the pandemic. Our people team has really leaned into this and has worked and continues to work very hard in making everyone connected in this environment.
